KSKS Sports Collectibles Inc. prides itself on providing 100% authentic memorabilia. In order to ensure that every item in our secure inventory system is guaranteed 100% authentic, we cannot accept returns of autographed merchandise (unless damaged in transit). This ensures that a fraudulent item cannot be inserted in place of the authentic item and then sent back to KSKS Sports Collectibles Inc. for sale to another customer, thus nullifying our authenticity guarantee. There are no exceptions.
Images on the site are a representation of the items. Due to the fact that these are genuine autographs and not mechanical reproductions, signature size and position may vary slightly from item to item.
Returns and Exchanges for damaged goods are accepted within 48 business hours of item delivery. In the unlikely event of a damaged item, a replacement item will be sent, store credit issued, or refund applied. KSKS Sports Collectibles Inc. will pay for all shipping costs in the event of damage. Damaged items must be held by the customer with the original packaging, so it can be inspected for reimbursement.
Gift certificates are non-refundable purchases. Certificates can either be mailed or emailed.
Orders lost in transit must be reported to KSKS Sports Collectibles Inc. immediately. An investigation will be initiated and upon the conclusion of that investigation a new item may be shipped to the customer. Please use the tracking # to track your delivery. If an order is not reported lost to our company within 10 business days of delivery there will be no recourse for reimbursement.

While most orders are sent within 24 hours, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. An order received later than the desired date because processing time was ignored is not eligible for a refund.
